We still had a few black gaps in our video, so we decided to go back down to the field where the opening scene is and to get a few more shots of the location and we also carved a heart into a tree to fit in with our idea of love and our lyrics.
We didn't film for long as we don't need a lot of footage to cover the black gaps, so if we cut the filming and use parts of it, i think it will work well within the music.
We have only just uploaded it today however so we haven't seen it with our video yet.

Filming - Day 5
At the time are video just had one scene in, and it looked very boring. So we went out to a field and filmed our actor singing next to a tree, on a cold morning. This fitted in very well with our video, as it helped our first field scene not look random and out of place. It also gave us a lot more options to cut and to get more colour in our video.
Again we used a tri-pod and hand held camera, although the hand held camera i don't think worked as well on the field as it was a bit too shaky.

Filming - Day 4
This is when we began our animation scenes.
Firstly we tried to do the animation with a clock. We took a picture every 5 seconds for 2 hours to fit in with the lyrics.
However even when we tried to cut out some of the scenes and only had a picture every 10 seconds 'on the clock' it still wasn't fast enough to fit in with our lyrics. So it didn't work and we had to cut it out of our video.
We then decided to try again animating the numbers by cutting out hundreds of red and white hearts and moving them slowly to create numbers and pictures. This took ages to create due to the slow and careful motion we had to move the hearts at to get a smooth moving scene.
However it actually worked better than we thought, so it was defiantly worth it, and it will be used in our final video to follow the lyrics.

Filming - Day 3
Our third of filming was a repeat of our second, but instead of mid shots we used more close ups to fit in with our genre and to follow the conventions of the video we were getting inspiration from "incomplete lullaby".
This went better than the previous time as we got the lighting better, and was able to control our singer more, so it looked more professional and fitted in with our video more.
We used a dolly, hand held camera and a tri-pod.
We tried to follow conventions by her using the space around her appropriately. As in if she was on the right side of the screen she would look at the camera and to the left. This was to control the places she looked when singing so it was consistent.
